Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at multiple branch offices in the Northeast, including New Jersey. This office-based program spans 9-12 months, blending hands-on training with mentorship to build leaders for future branch and operations management roles.

You will gain exposure across warehouse, sales, finance, safety, and HR, with the goal of promoting to roles like Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating; relevant majors preferred.
• Must relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Good computer skills, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Hands-on training designed to develop future leaders.
• Prepare to advance to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
