SRS Distribution Inc. offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program across multiple Northeast branch locations (CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA).

The 9-12 month program provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with mentorship to prepare you for leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager. Candidates should be self-motivated, open to relocation for training, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduation.
• Preferred majors include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management or Construction Management.
• Relocation within the United States for training and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Learn all facets of our business via on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Develop leadership potential to advance to Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
• Relocate for training across multiple branches as required.
