Job summary

Humano in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our leadership team. The role oversees inventory, shipping and receiving, and enforces safety standards to ensure efficient operations.

The candidate will manage a 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and coordinate with teams across the facility. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse supervision experience, knowledge of inventory management and 3PL environments, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional weekends as needed.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
• Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate record keeping
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse efficiency
• Train and mentor warehouse employees
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in operations
