Job summary

Career Site is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in North Brunswick, NJ to lead a team of warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators on the floor. You will coordinate daily freight schedules with Receiving Clerk and ensure safety and GMP compliance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining productivity, distributing workloads, and partnering with other departments to adjust schedules as needed. A strong focus on teamwork and accuracy will drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent; BA degree preferred.
• 7+ years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries; 2+ years in distribution/warehousing
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Distributes workload to meet timelines and priorities.
• Co-ordinates preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Prepares production reports and inventories; ensures documentation is complete and filed per SOPs.
• Interacts with multiple functions and shifts within the operation.
• Maintains a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Oversees inventory rotation and resolves shipping/invoice discrepancies.
