Job summary

US Pharma Lab in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage daily warehouse activities. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with Receiving and Inventory Control, and ensure safety, GMP standards, and efficient operations.

The role requires supervising forklift operators and order pickers, maintaining schedules, and fostering teamwork across departments to meet customer and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; BA degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; 2+ years in distribution/warehousing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload to meet timelines and changing priorities.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
• Prepare production reports and inventories; manage documentation and records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Oversee shift-based personnel performance and provide corrective actions when needed.
