Job summary

ICAT LOGISTICS INC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for onsite work in Piscataway, NJ. The role focuses on leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (APICS, CILT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
• Act as point of contact for customer service needs; collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Supervise staff, including training on SOP changes and new processes, monitoring productivity and performance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices and technology solutions
• Utilize WMS to manage inventory and streamline operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy to meet internal and external demand
• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage
• Ensure OSHA safety regulations and company policies are followed
• Drive forklift when necessary and oversee maintenance of equipment
• Cross dock experience highly preferred
• Perform other duties as assigned
