Job summary

Humano LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience to lead our warehouse team. You will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving, ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Amazon and 3PL settings is preferred. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers in day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
