You'll promote the Design program, assist Designers, and utilize the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to build strong customer relationships and repeat business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve design sales goals.
• Consistently execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, and handling objections.
