Qualifications

• Requires excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer communications.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional communication.
• Creative flair and energetic attitude; ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Proficient in resolving customer objections and ensuring satisfaction.
• Experience in retail or commissioned sales preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service from contact through delivery and beyond.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with Interior Design Consultant.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture to complete room looks.
• Offer product, service, and finance expertise based on customer needs.
• Utilize company tablets and CRM for client communication and follow-up.
