Havertys is seeking a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant to help customers choose furniture, understand their needs, and create inviting homes. You will work to meet sales goals, provide product, service, and finance guidance, and build relationships with customers.

This role includes training, uncapped commission with guaranteed income, daily pay options, benefits, and opportunities to advance. Must work retail hours including nights and weekends in our Brandon, FL stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or commissioned sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service from contact through delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with Design consultants.
• Educate customers on products, services, and financing options.
• Input client information into the CRM system and track follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of furniture styles and products.
