Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through consultative selling and relationship building. You will engage customers, promote products and financing options, and maintain product knowledge to support informed decisions.

The role requires flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for advancement. Prior retail or sales experience and bilingual ability may be a plus, and a strong customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or considered with related experience.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish may be a plus depending on store staffing.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS and financing systems.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers in a consultative manner.
• Drive sales through relationship building, social media, and local partnerships.
• Promote products, financing options, and add-on solutions to increase value.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete sales documentation accurately.
• Process transactions and handle payments with accountability.
• Support showroom by keeping floor organized and merchandising as needed.
