The role offers paid training and an uncapped commission structure with a guaranteed income feature, with earnings potentially between $55,000 and $100,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers from contact through delivery and beyond.
• Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Build relationships with customers independently and with Design consultants.
• Reinforce selections and assist in completing room looks.
• Provide product, service, and finance expertise based on customer needs.
• Use company tablets and CRM for communication and follow-up.
