Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant to provide consultative design assistance and help customers create a warm, inviting home.

You will work with team members to deliver an engaging shopping experience and consistently meet sales goals. In this role you will enter client information into our CRM, present financing options, coordinate delivery, and maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles.

Qualifications

• High School / GED or equivalent required; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
• College education preferred

Responsibilities

• Reinforce customer selections and help them complete their rooms.
• Enter client information into the CRM and follow up before and after sales.
• Explain financing plans, delivery procedures, warranties, etc.
• Coordinate delivery between customer and distribution system
• Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products
