Regency Management Services is seeking a detailed and friendly Customer Service Representative to support Ashley Furniture retail operations in Columbia, MD. You will process orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, computer, and math skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and other basic figures.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to use sound judgment when handling customer or vendor questions and concerns.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are applied to the proper accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare daily deposits following company procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally and promptly.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate order and delivery updates to customers.
• Research and resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Complete daily reports and required office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.
