This direct-hire role offers stable daytime hours and pay up to $31/hr plus bonuses and benefits. Qualifications include at least 2 years in a foundry or heavy manufacturing melt environment, US work authorization, and a 45‑minute commute.

Qualifications

• Career stability with at least 2 years at each employer.
• Foundry or heavy manufacturing melt/furnace experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Near Cedarburg, WI within 45-minute commute; US work authorization.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and charge industrial melting furnaces according to melt specs.
• Tap, skim and maintain temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for lab analysis and alloy verification.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Operate forklifts and overhead hoists for material handling.
• Track production quantities and record daily logs.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and 5S standards.
