Job summary

You will dispatch resources, coordinate removals, visitations, transfers of remains, and ensure timely execution of services while adhering to budget and policy standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch resources for client families and manage removal paperwork.
• Schedule internal staff and market locations; assign vehicles and associates to services.
• Provide exemplary customer service and build strong relationships with families and staff.
• Manage location inventory of caskets and cremation containers; order supplies as needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
