Qualifications

• Associates degree in mortuary science and dual licensed in Funeral Director and Embalmer.
• Able to obtain Wyoming license and operate across multiple sites.

• Experience managing across multiple sites and broad geographic area.
• Understanding of sound business practices supporting the team's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance and scheduling across operating group.
• Partner with Location Managers for staff meetings and alignment.
• Engage communities and elevate marketing and engagement efforts.
• Lead funeral and memorial services with professionalism and care.
• Maintain licensing compliance and safe work environment.
• Manage service logistics: parking, ushering, vehicles, flowers and events.
• Documentation, filings and inventory for the location.
