Responsibilities

• Greet and assist client families, answer questions, and provide information.
• Answer phones and operate office equipment in a courteous manner.
• Assist with visitations, memorial and funeral services, including setup and transport as needed.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services or family transports when required.
• May assist with daily office duties and errands.
