Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral services and related operations as requested.
• Answer phones courteously and provide information on services.
• Prepare documents for services and Cremations per management guidance.
• Provide office support including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Greet families and assist during visitations and ceremonies.
• Maintain office and service area cleanliness and organization.
