You'll manage a sales pipeline across three revenue streams, meet with families, and build lasting relationships while completing licensing requirements during onboarding. The role requires weekend rotation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Must obtain Ohio insurance license during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close sales for pre-need and at-need funeral planning.
• Meet with families with sensitivity and urgency.
• Build long-term relationships with client families and partners.
• Manage pipeline using CRM and referrals.
• Deliver compelling presentations from initial contact to close.
• Work scheduled duty days including weekend coverage.
