Job summary

Archdiocese of Denver seeks a Family Service Advisor to drive pre-need cemetery sales and, where applicable, at-need sales. The role focuses on serving all families with exemplary service in line with Catholic teaching, and plays a key part in revenue generation for cemeteries and mortuaries.

The position requires building relationships with parishes, responding to inquiries, and closing sales using provided materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ industry experience would be an asset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong ministry and business relationships with families and parishes.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive, professional manner that aligns with the Church’s mission.
• Effectively conduct and close sales presentations using furnished marketing materials.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure understanding of arrangements and generate leads.
• Travel within the Archdiocese of Denver territory as required.
