Job summary

Mt. Olivet Cemetery is seeking a Family Service Advisor to handle pre-need and, where applicable, at-need cemetery sales.

You will serve Catholic and non-Catholic families with compassionate, church-aligned guidance and play a key role in revenue generation, client communication, and community outreach. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Bilingual English plus Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with families and parishes.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
• Conduct and close sales presentations using marketing materials.
• Follow up with families to ensure understanding of arrangements and generate leads.
• Meet sales performance criteria as established by management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; prepare required documents.
