Job summary

Foundation Partners Group seeks a Location Leader to run day-to-day operations, uphold service standards, and act as the community ambassador for the location. You will oversee financial performance, vendor relations, and team development to sustain a high-performance, family-centric culture.

This role requires managing a team of funeral professionals, ensuring excellent client experiences, and maintaining regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid state-issued funeral director license (as per state licensing requirement).
• Experience in decedent care/embalming per state requirements.
• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience in the funeral industry preferred.
• Maintain licenses and continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong brand by engaging with the community and leveraging social media.
• Present clients with service and merchandise options and communicate the value of ShareLife.
• Drive location financial performance and oversee vendor relationships and budgeting.
• Lead and develop team members, scheduling, coaching, and succession planning.
• Oversee labor management, payroll, and cost controls to maximize EBITDA.
• Coordinate pre-need production and transfers of decedents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, paperwork, and post-service follow-up.
