Service Corporation International's Dignity Memorial brand seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a single funeral home in Canóvanas, PR. You will drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure compassionate client service.

You will develop staff, monitor financial metrics, and collaborate with market leadership to achieve annual goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or related field per state requirements.
• Funeral Director license as required by state/province law.
• Experience managing people and budgets is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a single Funeral Home location.
• Develop annual business plan and budget and meet financial targets.
• Communicate strategies and goals to staff and monitor progress.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and company standards.
• Engage with the community as part of local promotional efforts.
