Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or a related field as required by state regulations.
• Funeral Director license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan, budgets, and goals with Market Leadership.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure on-time services and exceed customer expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; recruit and promote talent; drive engagement and reduce turnover.
• Oversee financial management, authorize expenditures, monitor trends, and control expenses.
• Promote and coordinate funeral, cemetery, and crematory services and products.
