Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP seeks a Senior Specialist in Client Development & Engagement for Funds to support global initiatives, organizeFund data, and provide research on clients, markets, and trends. You will craft presentations, manage materials, and collaborate with senior attorneys and BD leaders.

You’ll work across the Funds practice and with cross‑functional teams to promote client relationships, prepare submissions for directories, and help shape external communications and marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, English, communications, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and finalize customized presentations, pitch decks, and RFP responses for new opportunities.
• Publicize initiatives and services internally and externally.
• Research and provide analysis about clients, competitors, markets, trends and industries.
• Maintain integrity of funds-related data in CRM and other systems.
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials with Graphics team and vendors.
• Support firm-wide events and cross-practice opportunities.
