Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Practice Management for the Registered Funds practice.
• Coordinate initiatives, projects, meetings, and events, tracking progress to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, clients, service providers, and external contacts.
• Monitor action items, deadlines, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain and update internal process documents, templates, trackers, and practice materials.
• Assist with document management, reporting, and other practice support functions.
• Support special projects and firm initiatives, managing discrete components independently.
• Anticipate practice needs and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as requested.
