Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven collaboration across internal and external partners.
• Experience coordinating corporate events, in-person and digital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Must have daily local travel access.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with fundraising and volunteer management tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings (pre-, day-of, post-event).
• Develop and maintain information in CRM and event software.
• Generate reports by combining data from multiple systems.
• Perform office management tasks, mail, calls, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Handle invoices, expenses, and donation processing.
• Maintain staff calendars and scheduling.
• Create event and meeting materials as needed.
