The American Heart Association invites applications for a part-time Development Coordinator on the Youth Engagement VP Team in Atlanta, GA. This temporary role supports the Youth Engagement Director with school outreach, event kickoffs, data entry, and materials coordination.

The position offers hands-on experience in fundraising operations, CRM data management, and collaboration across offices, with funding through Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Three years of prior experience in a supporting role
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools

Responsabilités

• Assisting the local Youth Engagement Director with fundraising duties and Kick Off Assemblies
• Data entry, spreadsheet management, and expense report assistance
• Facilitating online material orders for schools and staff
• Working with local print vendors on print orders
• Ensure adherence to Youth Engagement policies and procedures
• Collaborate with national and regional counterparts
• Manage and maintain accurate volunteer and supporter information in CRM and Microsoft platforms
