Job summary

Circle of Care in Wilton, CT is seeking a Development Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our fundraising technology ecosystem. You will own fundraising platforms (Bloomerang, GiveSmart, RunSignUp, and related tools), maintain donor data integrity, and streamline reporting to empower front-line staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of nonprofit experience focused on CRM management, fundraising operations, database administration, or development operations.
• Strong technology aptitude with CRM and fundraising platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform light physical work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational expert for fundraising tools (Bloomerang, GiveSmart, RunSignUp, and related systems).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize campaigns, events, online giving pages, and peer-to-peer platforms.
• Recommend and implement platform improvements, system integrations, and efficiencies.
• Train and support staff in the effective use of fundraising technologies.
• Maintain accurate donor and constituent records across systems.
• Coordinate database administration with gift processing and reporting.
• Develop, generate, and analyze fundraising reports.
• Monitor system performance and improve workflows.
• Administer peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and event support.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, and leadership; support administrative needs.
