Job summary

Circle of Care seeks a results-driven Community Partnerships & Engagement Manager in Wilton, CT. You will build strategic partnerships, grow peer-to-peer fundraising, expand volunteer engagement, and raise the organization’s visibility in our service area.

You will lead outreach, present Circle of Care’s mission at events, and collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Programs to meet annual goals. This role is office-based with community outreach and requires flexibility, including evenings

Qualifications

• Five+ years of nonprofit fundraising, business development, community engagement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success building relationships that yielded fundraising or sponsorship outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, networking and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience using donor CRM systems and databases.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Circle of Care to build relationships with businesses, schools, and community partners.
• Grow peer-to-peer and third-party fundraising programs and recruit volunteers.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations about Circle of Care's mission.
• Collaborate across departments to reach annual fundraising and engagement goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support partner transitions.
