Job summary

The Oklahoma City Museum of Art seeks a Development Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate gift processing, donor records, and financial reconciliation in Altru. You’ll support donor communications, reporting, and the Private Events program while coordinating across departments to maintain data integrity and smooth fundraising operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in database administration, gift processing, or development operations.
• Nonprofit or museum setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process donations (checks, cards) and enter gift data into the CRM with accuracy.
• Verify donor and gift details for acknowledgments and tax receipts.
• Process pledges, generate invoices, and monitor balances in Altru.
• Code and record gifts, and provide accurate donor lists for acknowledgments.
• Create and run queries for mailing lists, reports, and campaigns.
• Serve as liaison to Finance for reporting and audits.
• Prepare gift reports to support fundraising tracking and analysis.
• Maintain donor records and gift histories in Altru.
• Support Private Events with client communication, contracts, and documentation.
• Assist with event memos and interdepartmental coordination.
• Handle confidential donor and financial information per policies.
• Collaborate across Development and Museum teams to support initiatives.
