The role collaborates with development, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate fundraising records. This is a hybrid, part-time hourly position based in Seattle with flexible on-site coordination for events.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in development operations or CRM administration.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
• Strong data privacy and confidentiality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Process gifts and acknowledgments; reconcile data across systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards for fundraising leadership.
• Coordinate campaign operations and donor analytics.
• Support prospect management and stewardship activities.
