Job summary

PEM seeks a Development Operations & Communications Specialist to support fundraising operations, donor services, and development communications. This role processes about 4,000 annual transactions, including gifts and multi-year commitments, and handles gift administration, database maintenance, and cross-department coordination.

You will manage the Development team’s Master Communications Calendar using Google Calendar and Monday.com, coordinate timelines, briefs, donor lists, and approvals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of development/fundraising experience.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Tessitura or a comparable CRM.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ~4,000 annual transactions including gifts and commitments.
• Provide gift administration and database maintenance.
• Coordinate communications timelines, briefs, donor lists, and approvals across the Museum.
• Support cross-department collaboration and donor communications.
