• Experience assisting with event logistics and procurement.
• Proficiency with Blackbaud eTapestry (strongly preferred) and Constant Contact.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva (required) or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus). Experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Exceptional relationship building skills to support sponsorship solicitation, excellent written storytelling abilities, sharp attention to event data detail and strong time-management skills.

The Development & Communications Coordinator drives the organization's fundraising efforts by managing donor operations, supporting key events, executing digital campaigns and leading community engagement. The role blends traditional fundraising logistics and event execution with modern digital storytelling. While donor database management, event support and campaign execution are the primary focuses, the ideal candidate will also possess the design skills necessary to create compelling, on-brand visual content for social media, email campaigns and marketing materals that inspire giving.

1-3 years of experience in non-profit development, event coordination, fundraising or marketing communications.

Experience assisting with event logistics and procurement.

Proficiency with Blackbaud eTapestry (strongly preferred) and Constant Contact.
