The Peabody Essex Museum is seeking a Development Operations & Communications Specialist to support fundraising operations, donor services, and communications. You will process roughly 4,000 annual transactions and handle gift administration, data maintenance, and cross-department coordination to bolster fundraising results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Development functions, with strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in Development functions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and data maintenance.
• Knowledge of Tessitura or comparable CRM preferred; familiarity with Word/Excel/Google Docs expected.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support fundraising operations, donor services, and Development communications.
• Process ~4,000 annual transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide gift administration, database maintenance, and prospect research.
