Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with donor databases such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in nonprofit development operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain donor and constituent databases.
  • Process donations, acknowledgments, and donor correspondence.
  • Prepare fundraising materials, reports, mailing lists, and communications.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, and donor stewardship activities.

  • Coordinate memorial and tribute giving programs.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, mailings, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with fundraising and special event logistics and onsite support.
  • Generate reports and analyze donor and fundraising data.
