Shenandoah National Park Trust is seeking a Development Coordinator to lead fundraising events, manage donor relations, and oversee data integrity in Raiser's Edge NXT. You will coordinate logistics, budgets, and communications, while supporting admin tasks and volunteer programs.

Based in Charlottesville, the role emphasizes accuracy, discretion with donor information, and collaboration across development, communications, and finance teams.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning or nonprofit operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with gift processing, reporting, and donor data practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, mail merge, and CMS; online registration is a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage logistics for fundraising events, including vendor relations and speakers.
• Oversee guest lists, registrations, and provide status updates to the team.
• Manage event budgets, goals, and sponsor relationships.
• Maintain and report on donor data, including gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Generate reports and lists for the Development Team and contributors.
• Support office administration and volunteer coordination as needed.
