University of Michigan Hillel seeks a Development Coordinator to support Michigan Hillel’s fundraising initiatives and annual multi‑million dollar campaign. The role targets an early‑career professional eager to learn prospect research, donor cultivation, and stewardship.

The position reports to the Director of Development and involves coordinating student philanthropy programs, alumni events, and donor communications while maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce/Little Green Light.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage donor records with precision.
• Experience using CRM/database tools for stewardship and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead student philanthropy programs including Phonathon and Thankathon.
• Coordinate donor relations, acknowledgments, updates, and year‑round engagement.
• Support parent, family, and alumni programming and solicitations.
• Maintain accurate donor records and stewardship logs in the CRM.
