Job summary

Hillel International is seeking a Campus Marketing and Development Manager to lead digital fundraising, direct mail, and multichannel campaigns across campus Hillels. You will design data-driven strategies and collaborate with staff to grow donor networks and strengthen university engagement.

The role supports remote and hybrid work across national programs, with competitive nonprofit salary and comprehensive benefits. Strong marketing and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in marketing and/or fundraising in the non-profit space.
Proven success in planning and executing digital and multichannel campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills for fundraising messaging.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead digital fundraising and direct mail campaigns across two campus Hillel organizations.
Perform data analysis to develop data-informed fundraising strategies.
Provide brand support and design guidance for donor communications.
Manage campaign timelines and multiple concurrent projects.
