Job summary

Boston University Hillel seeks a Development Coordinator to advance donor cultivation, grant management, and fundraising operations supporting BU Hillel’s mission. You will work with BU Major Gifts Officers and the Executive Director, coordinating materials, scheduling, and board liaison activities to ensure strong donor relationships.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience. Background in PR, Communications, Marketing, Communal Engagement or development/fundraising is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive donor cultivation and major gifts programs for BU Hillel with a portfolio of donors.
• Research, write, and track grants and reports for donors, foundations, and federations.
• Manage donor data, cultivation plans, and stewardship for CEO and Executive Director.
• Provide staff support for Board meetings and Development Committee.
• Coordinate interfaces with BU Development and BU Advancement to maximize collaboration.
