Job summary

Boston University Hillel seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising, donor cultivation, grant tracking, and events. You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with BU Advancement and BU Hillel leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 0-3 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and manage multiple tasks across donor portfolios and board initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience; organized, driven, mission focused.
• Backgrounds in PR, Communications, Marketing, Communal Engagement or Jewish nonprofit work.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor cultivation and major gifts efforts for 160 donors.
• Develop and manage BU Hillel Annual Development Plan.
• Support BU Major Gifts Officers and Executive Director.
• Generate weekly fundraising performance reports.
• Coordinate Board and Development Committee meetings.
