Job summary

University of Michigan Hillel in Ann Arbor seeks a Development Coordinator to support the fundraising team and advance Michigan Hillel’s annual campaign. You will engage with alumni, donors, and students, while developing core fundraising skills and donor stewardship.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will assist with donor communications, events, and CRM data entry, growing professionally in a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring, training, caller and shift performance and resources.
• Oversee software development and facilitate communication between the company and students.
• Lead donor relations through timely acknowledgments and updates.
• Maintain donor records and stewardship activity logs in the CRM/database.
