Harvard Hillel seeks a Development Manager to connect donors with essential programs on the Harvard campus. You will coordinate fundraising activities, manage donor records, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Program teams to advance the mission.

This role offers growth into donor-facing responsibilities over time, in a collaborative, mission-driven environment at Harvard University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong ability to present data visually.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate Development department activities.
• Coordinate and communicate cross-department projects.
• Develop donor-facing materials and reports.
• Support grants research and reporting.
