Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Director, Walk to End Alzheimer's (Home Office) to guide training, field support, and growth strategies for the signature event. This remote role requires up to 70% travel and reports to the Sr Director, Walk to End Alzheimer's.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of national or regional event management and training experience in non-profit settings, with a proven ability to recruit senior leaders, generate sponsorships, and develop scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years national or regional event management and training experience in a non-profit environment.
• 5+ years managing and coaching staff.
• Experience with large fundraising events and sponsorships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue growth and strategies for Walk to End Alzheimer's.
• Develop nationwide training for staff and volunteers.
• Lead development of onboarding and training curriculum.
• Monitor growth opportunities using data and qualitative results.
• Manage resources and materials for Walk to End Alzheimer's.
• Coordinate training with Territories, Chapters and teams.
