Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer's, to lead national peer-to-peer fundraising events. Remote-based in Ocala, FL or The Villages, FL, you will recruit and coach volunteers, build corporate partnerships, and drive revenue through scalable event programs.

You will manage multiple events annually, coach volunteers to implement proven fundraising strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to maximize participation, brand awareness and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer's fundraising events and meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers and build partnerships to grow participation and donations.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events with strong organizational and budgeting skills.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners and advocate for diverse communities.
