Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to lead engagement with communities and corporate partners, driving volunteer recruitment and fundraising for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s events. You’ll coach volunteers, build sustainable teams, and coordinate multiple events to achieve revenue goals across a broad region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals OR 3–5 years successful experience meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers; implement proven fundraising practices.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events; drive revenue growth year over year.
• Lead teams ethically; foster inclusive, collaborative environments.
• Travel up to 60% within territory to fulfill goals.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and milestones using data for outcomes.
