Job summary

Team Rubicon Canada is a veteran‑led humanitarian organization seeking a Manager, Development to build relationships, grow funding, and expand donor and partner engagement across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will oversee grants, donor stewardship, and fundraising reporting while supporting campaigns and events.

The role can be hybrid or remote with occasional travel; CFRE is a plus, a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in development, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Non‑Profit Management, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in development or fundraising.
• CFRE certification is an asset.
• Proven donor prospecting, pipeline management, funding from individuals, corporations, grants.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and aligning activities with objectives.
• Strong analytical/reporting skills; ability to interpret fundraising data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective donors and grant opportunities.
• Develop proposals and funding applications.
• Manage grants pipeline, timelines, and reporting.
• Lead donor stewardship and recognition efforts.
• Develop fundraising reports and dashboards.
• Analyze donor data to improve strategies.
• Oversee donation processing and donor records.
• Manage third‑party fundraising platforms and campaigns.
• Represent TR Canada at events and partner engagements.
• Other duties as assigned.
