Job summary

Move For Hunger is seeking a dynamic Development Manager to grow our fundraising program in a remote environment. You will nurture donor relationships, manage corporate partnerships, and drive revenue across giving programs, while maintaining exceptional donor experiences.

You will collaborate with teams nationwide, research prospective partners, and translate goals into concrete fundraising plans, reporting to the Director of Development and expanding Move For Hunger’s impact through

Qualifications

• Three+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a track record in donor relations and gift stewardship.
• Experience managing donor pipelines and using CRM tools to track activity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, solicit, renew, and steward corporate partners, sponsors, and prospects.
• Manage relationships and pipeline; document outreach in Salesforce.
• Research prospective corporate partners aligned with Move For Hunger’s mission.
• Prepare proposals, sponsorship packages, meeting briefs, and follow-up communications.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement through employee giving and campaigns.
• Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment with Development and Marketing colleagues.
• Represent Move For Hunger in donor meetings, partner calls, conferences, and events.
• Support the Director of Development with pipeline management and revenue planning.
• Implement and manage elements of the individual giving program, including donor segmentation and calendars.
• Conduct donor research to identify cultivation opportunities and major-gift prospects.
• Develop personalized stewardship communications and renewal outreach.
• Monitor giving data and campaign performance; document activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across departments to align fundraising campaigns with priorities.
