Transformative Change (XC) is seeking a part-time, remote Fundraising Manager to lead annual fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and grant activities. The role reports to the Development Director and supports planning, outreach, and stewardship with skilled volunteers and a distributed team.

The position begins as a contractor at 15-20 hours per week, with potential for long-term extension. Applicants are encouraged from diverse backgrounds and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual fundraising calendar aligned to campaigns and program calendars.
• Project manage fundraising campaigns from start to finish with milestones and timelines.
• Innovate fundraising strategies with the Development Director and Chief of Strategy.
• Build a culture of recurring giving and Sustaining Circle of donors.
• Collaborate with programs to sustain XC programs financially over time.
• Maintain SOPs and templates for fundraising activities.
• Collaborate using ClickUp and other tools for program delivery.
